I just wanted to take a minute to say that if you’re looking for a home, Steve is your guy! I was VERY pregnant, picky and indecisive of what we wanted, and Steve never fired me through the four months of house hunting😝 He’s patient, knowledgeable, understanding and genuinely enjoys helping people find their dream home. The market was extremely competitive and Steve stuck by our side reassuring us that he’d find us our home before our son was born. He went above and beyond our expectations and did exactly what he promised. Thank you Steve! We couldn’t be happier!

Steve Payment helped us purchase one of his listings last year. He did an excellent job. We had a problem with the condition of the roof and he handled our concerns with the owners and we got a new roof as part of the deal. Steve helped my wife and I buy and sell a home. We purchased a new home before selling our old home, while it was stressful having 2 homes for a few months Steve's knowledge and experience of buying and selling homes made our process much less stressful than it could have been . Steve was very attentive to our needs and requests and showed us many homes over a 3 month period and helped us figure out what area and what type of house we wanted. His knowledge of what we needed to do to our home to sell it quickly was invaluable as we had several offers in the first couple of days and we under contract in 4 days of it going on the market.
